Can the Humax FVP-4000T get subscription channels like Racing UK and At
The Races.

Probably. Go to their website: they explain how to check your box for
compatibility.

I have yet to buy the box to replace our YouView one.

No, it just mentions Free TV and not any additional channels like ATR or
RUK.
Incidentally Sky have just bought a large part of ATR.
